Plotting the cluster along with the output of the photoelectron diffraction calculation

By selecting yes, a plot of the cluster will be included along with the output containing the photoelectron diffraction calculation when clicking on the buttom "Calculate". This is independent of the "Preview Cluster", which provides a plot of the cluster without performing a photoelectron diffraction calculation.
